RCB Bank offers a standard ATM card or a Visa© Check Card for convenient access to checking and savings accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Easy to Use ... Safe and Secure ... Nationwide Network ATM Services You may use your card with your personal identification number (PIN) at participating terminals for withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries, and transfers from your RCB Bank accounts. Some services may not be available at all terminals. A surcharge could also be assessed at terminals not owned by us. Check Card Services Our Visa© Check Card looks similar to a credit card but works like a check because the transaction amount is deducted from your RCB Bank account. You may use the card at participating ATM terminals or make purchases at places that accept Visa©.

To keep the cost of ATM services as low as possible for customers, RCB Bank participates in a No-Surcharge program. Cardholders may use their card at any location displaying this symbol without paying a surcharge. All Oklahoma QuikTrip and certain 7-Eleven stores participate in this program.
