How much does NetTeller cost? NetTeller is completely 100% FREE! Is there any software to download? There is NO software to download. You access NetTeller through our website at www.rcbbank.com. Can I pay on my loans? Yes, you can pay your RCB Loans through NetTeller at no charge! You can also arrange to pay other bills as well through a service that RCB offers called Bill Pay for a small fee. Can I transfer funds between my RCB accounts? Yes, you can transfer funds between any of your accounts that you have linked to your NetTeller. Can I download to Microsoft Money or similar programs? Yes, you can download to Microsoft Money, Quicken, Spreadsheets, and text files. Can I see my accounts that I have at other banks? No, you are able to view only your accounts that you have with RCB. Can I pay my bills? Yes, RCB offers a bill payment service that allows you to pay your bills electronically through our website. We offer two options: No-Pay Bill Pay for no monthly fee, the first seven (7) bill pay transactions in your monthly statement cycle are free, and any bill pay transactions after the first seven (7) are only $0.75 per item. EZ-Pay Bill Pay has a monthly fee of $5.95, which covers the first fifteen (15) bill pay transaction in your monthly statement cycle. After the first fifteen (15), a per item fee of $0.50 is charged. Can I get copies of my checks or statements? Yes! Through NetTeller you are able to print copies of checks and statements. How far back can I view statements and/or checks? You can view statements for up to 12 months on personal accounts. What type of accounts can be accessed? Any of the RCB accounts that you are an authorized signer on may be linked to your NetTeller. Is there a fee for transferring between accounts?There is NO fee for this service. Can I access my NetTeller from any computer? Yes, because there is no software to download, you can access NetTeller through any computer with Internet access. Are my transactions immediately posted onto NetTeller? Yes, transactions are posted “real time”. However, transfers made after 7 pm are posted on the next business day. Can I change my NetTeller ID and/or PIN number? Yes, once you log on for the first time, you will be prompted to change your PIN number. Once you have completed that step and accessed your RCB accounts you may, at any time, change your NetTeller ID as well. What other online banking services are available? RCB offers a wide variety of Internet services. We offer FREE NetTeller. No-Pay Bill Pay or EZ-Pay Bill Pay. What is an “On-Us item”? An “On-Us item” is a check that is written on an RCB account and deposited into an RCB account. What is an “AFT”?An “AFT” is an Automatic Funds Transfer. For example, you have NetTeller set up to automatically transfer $50 each month into your RCB savings account. What is an “ACH”? “ACH” stands for Automatic Clearing House which are items processed through the Federal Reserve System. For example, you have your electric bill set up to be automatically debited from your account. It could also be a direct payroll deposit. What is a “DC Settlement”? A “DC Settlement” is a debit card transaction. For example, you used your RCB CheckCard to make a purchase.
